New Trustees Wanted

Ballet Cymru is a company with a dynamic vision and a reputation for artistic excellence and innovation. We are looking for new trustees to help us reach an increasingly diverse audience and to reflect the wide spectrum of communities in Wales.

We particularly encourage applications from those who have a sound level of expertise and/or skills in any of the following:

• Finance and Accounting
• Legal and Regulatory Practice
• Equality and Diversity
• Welsh language/bilingual communications
• IT and digital communications
• Third Sector Management
• Community Relations
• Marketing and PR
• Sustainability and Environmental Management
• People Management.

The successful candidate/s will join a friendly board and management team who will provide the necessary support and opportunities to develop your skills in leadership and governance.

The role of the Trustee is voluntary but with many benefits, including excellent opportunities for developing your business leadership skills as well as supporting a growing charity and contributing to the creative arts sector in Wales.
