Ballet Cymru offers weekly Adult Ballet Classes for all abilities, including adults returning to ballet & dance, and parents with older children who want to try out ballet together.
A great way to get fit, stay fit, meet new friends and work face to face with the exceptional dancers and staff of Ballet Cymru.

Classes are held either at our beautiful Studios in Rogerstone, Newport or on Zoom dependent on Covid 19 regulations.
