Ballet Cymru Chair
Jên has enjoyed a varied career, building a portfolio of work independently in Wales as a bilingual choreographer, workshop facilitator and movement director in education, community, theatre and television, as well as roles with dance and arts organisations.
Jên was previously Acting Chair of Disability Arts Wales, and is currently CEO with Artis Community Cymuned.
Jên was appointed Chair of Ballet Cymru in 2020.
